VALUE PROPOSITION

Our educational system efficiently molds us into diligent workers for societal roles yet falls short in offering personalized guidance on crafting a fulfilling life while sustaining physical and emotional well-being. Three Sixty Health is here to bridge that gap in your life.

With its Mayo Clinic-trained neuropsychiatrist and a lifestyle medicine specialist, Three Sixty Health offers a comprehensive approach (also known as integrative/ holistic psychiatry); meticulously assessing your unique circumstances, values, priorities, and challenges, working with you to collectively develop personalized treatment plans that are effective and realistic.

TREATMENT APPROACH

Plans start with the least invasive approaches and prescriptive lifestyle changes, yet the most advanced medication interventions are used when needed. In addition, treatments follow integrative psychotherapy approach, applying psychodynamic theories, offering neuroscientific insights, and crafting customized action plans to assist in managing behaviors, thoughts, and emotions.

A TYPICAL VISIT

Your first visit will last 60-90 minutes and include history taking, evaluating your lifestyle habits, and examination. Blood work and additional testing (e.g., brain imaging, sleep study, pharmacogenetic test, neuropsychometric assessment) may be requested when needed.
